   We match it to suitable companies

   We look at the type of work, your property and your area, then pass your enquiry to companies that genuinely cover it. We don't blanket-send to everyone.

   They get in touch, you compare

   You'll usually hear from companies within a couple of working days. Use our guides to compare like for like on specification, not just on headline price.

4. 04

   You decide, or you don't

   There's no obligation to proceed with anyone. If nothing feels right, that's a perfectly good outcome.
