Our service
Pickwise is a research and comparison service. We are not a contractor, installer, manufacturer or supplier, and we do not carry out any home-improvement work ourselves.
No obligation
Our service is free for homeowners. Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation to proceed with any company, quotation or product.
How we are paid
We may receive a fee from the companies we connect you with. This never changes the price you are quoted, and it does not oblige you to accept any quotation.
Third-party companies
Any contract for work is between you and the company you choose. We take reasonable care in the companies we work with, but we are not party to that contract and are not responsible for the work carried out, the quotations given, or the conduct of any third party.
Information accuracy
Our guides and price indications are general research intended to help you ask better questions. They are not a quotation, a survey or professional advice for your specific property.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are the homeowner or authorised to enquire about the property, and that you are 18 or over.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the service.
