Pickwise is a UK home-improvement research and comparison service. We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through our forms.

What we collect

We collect the answers you give in our forms (such as property type and project details), your contact details (name, email, phone, postcode), and technical information about your visit.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to match you with companies able to help with the service you requested, to contact you about that enquiry, to improve our service, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry with the home-improvement companies and lead-distribution partners relevant to the service you requested, so they can contact you. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@pickwise.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
